Our Team

Aditya V. Iyer, DPhil, is the co-founder and CEO of Allos. Trained as a theoretical physicist, Aditya taught physics and statistics at Oxford before turning his focus to causal AI. He and co-founder Isaac To began applying causal understandings to real-world problems. For example, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he and Issac built a mortality triaging tool with a Hong Kong hospital system. This work revealed opportunities to improve drug formulation and clinical trial design.  He now leads Allos’s mission to pair causal AI and other advanced technologies with deep pharmaceutical expertise to build fast, reliable paths from scientific opportunity to human health impact.

Isaac To is co-founder and COO of Allos, overseeing engineering, research, pharma operations, compliance, legal, and finance. Isaac began working with co-founder Aditya Iyer on causal AI in 2018, initially applying the technology to location intelligence before shifting to healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic. He led the development of a mortality triaging tool with a Hong Kong hospital system, work that later expanded into autoimmune disease prognosis and, eventually, drug formulation. Isaac also brings a background in robotics, having previously programmed robots for Disney theme park attractions, and now leads Allos’s efforts to bring automated, robotics-driven formulation capabilities in-house.

Ivano Lodato, PhD, is Chief Scientist and co-founder of Allos, where he leads the development of the company’s causal AI platform. Trained as a theoretical physicist with a PhD from Utrecht University, Ivano built his research career across postdoctoral positions in India, China, and the Netherlands before turning to causal inference and machine learning applied to healthcare. He led the development of the COVID-19 triaging model that gave rise to Allos, along with causal inference studies in rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and epilepsy, and machine learning tools for rare cell recognition and tumor classification used across Hong Kong hospital systems.

Dr. Rajiv Lochan is Chief Chemist at Allos, bringing more than four decades of pharmaceutical development experience across early-stage companies and major pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturers. Rajiv has led formulation development, technology transfer, and regulatory strategy for NDA, ANDA, BLA, and MAA submissions, including more than 15 years directing small-volume parenteral development and manufacturing at Serum Institute of India. His career spans cGMP compliance and agency audits across the US, UK, South Africa, and Australia, along with formulation and regulatory work in collaboration with Eli Lilly. At Allos, Rajiv applies that depth of chemistry and regulatory expertise to guide formulation strategy across the platform.

Rich Myer is Chief Commercial Officer at Allos, bringing more than two decades of business development leadership in the CDMO and pharmaceutical services industry. Before joining Allos, Rich held senior business development roles at Regis Technologies, Tergus Pharma, and Avara Pharmaceutical Services, and led global business development, sales, and licensing at Argenta. He serves on the board of LHN Pharmaceuticals and on the editorial boards of Contract Pharma and Pharma Manufacturing. Rich holds an MBA and BA from Purdue University, and brings deep relationships across the CDMO buyer landscape to Allos’s commercial strategy.
