This indication is based on overall response rate. Clinical benefit such as improvement in progression free survival or overall survival has not been demonstrated. In May 2011, the Company entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with Mundipharma International Corporation Limited (Mundipharma) to co-develop FOLOTYN globally. Under the agreement, Allos retains full commercialization rights for FOLOTYN in the United States and Canada, with Mundipharma having exclusive rights to commercialize FOLOTYN in all other countries.
